Fairport Rentals acquired the historic Gage House in December 2017. Built in 1858, this historic mansion has been used as a private residence, funeral home, and now event and office space!
You may recognize this home from being moved from its original location (site of Painesville Rite Aid) in 2007, it is now located at 47 S. State Street in Downtown Painesville.
